Reset the earbuds if you can only hear music/voice on one side after pairing with your mobile device. Remove one earbud from the charging case. Tap the touch panel 7 times to enter paring mode (Earbud light rapid flash white/red). Tap the touch panel 6 times to reset pairing (Earbud light flash white 3 times then shut off), then place the earbud into the charging case. Repeat steps 2-4 for the 2nd earbud. Remove both earbuds from the charging case, and the earbuds will be paired automatically within 3 seconds. Reconnect/re-pair with your mobile device.

Turn off BT on your phone(or whatever) open the case and tap 5 times on the sensor. It's in the manual you know...

@@beatricedelrosario2137 For any issues the solution is factory reset. Use the instructions I gave above. If they aren't broken this should let you pair them again to your device and between each other. To make it clear: to be able to reset them you need to make sure they don't connect to any device. So turn off Bluetooth on all of the gadgets you use these earphones with before attempting reset.
