Lens replacement: What should you expect after lens replacement?

I have my both eyes implanted with panoptix for 3 months. The glare, halos, starburst are still very annoying to such an extent that My near vision especially my work, mainly computer and documentary work, affected very much. Neuroadaptation seems go very slowly and I am wondering if exchange to monofocal lens with reading glasses will help to eliminate those dysphotopsia. How long should I wait to see if I can neurally adapted to these multi focal lens? If I wait for 1 year for the improvement, will it be too late or risky if I exchange to monofocal lens by then? Thanks in advance for your advice!

I had tri-focal lenses fitted 6 days ago which seem to be the ones this guy is talking about. I had asked for Panoptix lenses after watching lots of KZbin but the consultant steered me away saying he had better results with the tri-focal because of the halo. There is still a little halo with these with car headlights (gets better each day and it's only 6 days) but nothing I couldn't live with. Maybe get them swapped? It's a simple procedure. So far I am made up with the results with my lenses (different London clinic, cost £7.5k). My distance is already better than it had been wearing varifocals (better than 20:20) and I can read tiny text. Still keep looking for my glasses though even though I don't need them :o) Distance and near much better than contact lenses. Recommend to anyone, but avoid Vision Express imo, seems to have a lot of poor reviews.

Go to any optical Express clinic and you will see for yourself that all the surgeons and consultants wear reading glasses!!!!!!! That says it all.
