Omg this is so accurate. The moon capricorn and moon leo weren't really emphasized here, but it works just as well for them. Capricorn sun signs especially tho will distance themselves from displays of affection that leo likes, even if their moon sign really enjoys the affection, because they view those kinds of displays as being weak or sappy or something along those lines. They try to keep their emotions in check and handle situations without letting them come into play even though their moon feels otherwise.

As a Leo, I seem to draw in Capricorn’s all the time. My boyfriend is a Cap, with his moon in Leo. He’s very loving and affectionate, but also wants to take care of me. My Dad is a Leo, you explained him perfectly. He is a pastor, center of attention, he gives all the time, but he wants to constantly be thanked and praised. Then he wants me to look nice all the time, smile all the time, he cares how other people see him and see me, and we are completely different. Its definitely an interesting relationship. Me being a capricorn, I find that oftentimes, he is overly emotional. This makes him think that I don't care as much as he does. honestly, unless you are a very strong leo women, I think you shouldn't date a cap male. I have been in a cap relationship for 18yrs, and it has been difficult as hell. I love humor and I love to make people laugh, and trying to make him laugh is the hardest thing I have ever had to do. Ha! There's this Leo admissions counselor that is always finding a way to praise me and flatter me to death when my Capricorn self shows up at this local private college I'm applying to. I always imagine capricorns a little bit like eeyore. And using the analogy of the goat fish, depending on whether they're trying to achieve realistically or swim in the pool of dreams below, that's kind of where the capricorn would be in their life. Either swimming in the dreams of success or going out and making it real. I mean they prefer to get out of the water and up that mountain as they feel that the emotions hold them back. Two most challenging relationships in my life were with Capricorn women (I am a Leo man). I could say they have been the two worst , most toxic, most volatile relationships in my life, but I know I was meant to learn and grow from them. I am "stuck" in the 2nd one even now, 11 years later (talk about staying too long). From other literature on signs I've read, the Leo- Cap relationship is extremely challenging because we are so very different. I have been doing a lot to grow and mature, but she has not. We've been platonic for the last 4 years ( my choice) and we still live together due to sharing a job. I want to leave but I am saving money and the job affords me the opportunity to do that (saving up to buy another house after losing my first home in 2010). She will never leave until i leave, so there we still are. Still dealing with her emotional baggage, her toxic projections onto me her tendency to try to control me and everything in her life and micro-manage. She does not support me emotionally in my efforts to manifest my goals and dreams. I would support her if she had goals or dreams but she does not try to do anything other than live her day to day life. She does love her cats more than anything, I will give her that. She will never love me (or anyone) that way. She's not trying to build anything with me, never had. We share nothing. She does not respect me and very often creates impossible rules I must follow or I will suffer her verbal wrath. But I have learned so much about what I DON"T WANT in my life. I am learning to set my boundaries (she walks into my room anytime she wants, any time of day and thinks she's entitled to do that). I am no longer letting her push my buttons though she tries every day.
