Don't give up. We've all been there. Take some time for yourself. Take your dog out for walks in the countryside. That will help you clear your head. Take one step at a time and only work on one issue at a time, ok. Don't overload your mind as that brings chaos and try this breathing exercise whenever you struggle. Breathe in through your nose and count to 3. Hold breath and count to 3. Release through your mouth and count to 3. Then do the same with 4, 5 and 6 breaths. That should help you alot to calm yourself down and relax a little. Do it as often as you need. It's also for your heart and lungs to work well. We need oxygen in our organs to function well.
