Whatever I do, I've got to take things slow in life and when I get their it will happen. Gotta take it a little easier. My brain is under to much stress and I'm about to slow it down some.. I've been doing what you said about taking time out for myself yes it has really helped and you're right about the death process I'm going through, it's all about losing weight, will be out of my comfort zone for a while, but I know it will bring forth positive changes all around!
