At this tempo it would be a 7/4. The last line of the chorus is always 4/4. From 2:45 onwards it stays in 4/4 until the end. A neat thing I noticed is that the verse is grouped into 4+3, then when the chorus hits it alternates between 3+4 and 4+3 every line.
