He was unstoppable from 2009-2013 pre injury. He was by far the best after that as well but his dribbling was even more crazy before his injury.

He was never really in the top speed category. Where he made defenders look foolish was his sheer acceleration and change of pace. He would maintain a speed that I think defenders believed was his top speed then turn up the juice in a split second. More importantly his speed with the ball at his feet that makes him a menace to defend. But yeah we likely won't really get many more solo runs from midfield, nor should we from a 36 year old but every now and then you still see these glimpses.
