If you skip the flash back and just watch the movie without those scenes, it is still a 100% solid screen play / story. What about Vijay? Director is only one who make a movie good. There are lots of underrated movies movies out there and people are not ready to watch them because the actors are not famous. Cenima is business, you no need good movie if we have big actors in it. See Beast, if Vijay didn't act in it then definitely it will be huge flop. VIjay is popular so lots of people went to watch movie even if it got lots of negative reviews. This Movie is almost good movie. But imagine if some one acted in it? As you said 1st half was really good. But second half was totally gone. Lcu lam bhayankara comedy. Vijay did a good job in parthiban role.But the main leo role couldn't give any impact. Vijay also was not completely convincing as a deadly guy. It was just like regular vijay. That role lacked the depth also. 2 fights in the 1st half was really amazing and vijay put good effort in that. His flexibility was very evident especialy in the market fight. But second half chase and some fights except the 1 with arjun was utter waste. 1st time in a lokesh film villains were bery weak. Especialy sanjaydutt kind of an actor and all was completely waisted. Babu antony kind of a strong guy was used like junior artist.
