Heard this on the radio the other day, turned it up and started to bop. Had no idea who performed it so googled and saw it was Leo Sayer. No surprise! I love his music.

Had just started an intense relationship when this song came out. We were engaged 5 years but alas things went a different way. Heard this song last night and it brought me back to that time. This is probably the best Leo Sayer song ever and he had some good ones in the 70's. It's funny how a song can make one so nostalgic.

Man I heard this on the radio this morning. I had to turn the volume up and finger pop to this groove. All along praying that my neighbors didn't call the police because it was early in the morning. Thanks Mr. Sayer for the feel good melodies.

This song was so poignant for me back when this song was a hit...grieved over a lost love that took me years to get over...always fantasized and visualized patching things up with her and getting back together, but it never happened. I eventually married someone else, but the memory will always remain.

One of the most underrated songs of the early 1980s (it peaked at a somewhat of a dismal #23) Love the melody and should have been a much bigger hit. Hard to believe its been 34 years and this was Leo's last top 40 hit. Ironically at the time I was living in a fantasy having a mad crush on the girl at the auto parts store at the time, wishing and fantasizing, lol.

Mary Yamada- here you go: You... you are my reason to live You make me shine... with all the love that you give And when I think of you... I keep driftin' away Little by little... I love you more ever day I lay in bed but I just can't sleep I close my eyes and you're all that I see I can't believe that it's happening to me Living in a fantasy Ever since you came to me Living in a fantasy Drowning in this luxury Ever since you came to me I'm living in a dream Oh, I know... there'll be storms up ahead We'll blow them away... bring back the sun again For love conquers all... the gloom and despair Nothin' can go wrong... just as long as you're there I see a light on the path up ahead I know you'll wait on the cliff where you said I'll hold you close 'till we're right on the edge Living in a fantasy Oh you're too much... too soon... too strong But I want to drown in your touch Don't keep me floating too long
