Wow!!!! Literally the past swung back around yesterday evening and it at 1st... terrified me but I turned it around and created a friendship with a ex and It felt so good.. it has given me so much freedom emotionally in setting my boundaries and in this, I transmuted our connection and gained a friendship with this ex.. this alone has healed a lot of trauma created from that relationship..
