I was consistent and loving, generous, honest. I gave all I got without expecting anything in return. He breadcrumbed me, ghosted me, kept secrets from me. He was never there for me. Then I found out that he was betraying me. I was blindsided and heartbroken. I confronted him in private, with the proof of his betrayal, he never explained his horrible behavior, never apologized, never took accountability for his actions, and never did right by me. The way people treat you, tells more about themselves than about you. There wasn't a honest bone in his body or an ounce of integrity in him.
