I wonder why feelings are so intense and negative at times (or why I take things so personally, but just for a certain duration) and why I am suddenly overwhelmed with very intense anger - for whatever reason. The reason is probably not so important. Or maybe it is. It is sometimes when I (female) am objectified by a man and not treated as an equal. Or out of nowhere remember such a situation. Not being valued for being a good friend, just seen as a potential vessel for sexual fluids. It takes a while until that intense anger (and fantasies of violence that are overwhelming and intrusive) passes and then it is over and the mind is clear again. And nothing bothers me and I laugh about it and feel indifferent about it. Those episodes or flashbacks happen sometimes in the middle of the night with no reason and can take up to an hour until they pass again. And they are not in alignment with my personality. It is weird. Is it a diagnosis, does anyone here have similar experiences, waking up stressed very early could be a depression, or is it because of astrology, is it because of telepathy and someone else is feeling anger towards me and I only channel that? The evil eye? What the hell is wrong with me… Sorry for venting :)

If someone sends you negative energy, it would be ineffective so long your vibration is high. There are different methods for grounding and elevating your energy. To me, It sounds like you struggle with unresolved negative attaches. These attachments will continue to give the same experiences until they are transformed within your mind. Occult methods to reprogram the mind can be implemented, otherwise, seeing a psychologist is a more conventional route.

I agree with wolfman. If you are vibing high , that negative just bounces off - or it hits but its ineffective. Its really hard if you're struggling - but try to center yourself , ground yourself. For me , i love animals and kids- go to a dog park on a sunny day and "just be in the moment" get a few laughs in and focus on breathing. the joys that kids and animals bring to me automatically put me in high vibrational energy- and I also use GODs word. "Lean unto me, Rest in the lord for the battle is not YOURS, but it is mine" - GIve it to him and call your power back, return what ever that doesnt belong back to where it came from - speak it over your life that you give no one the permission to tamper in your energy. Most the time if youre an empath those energies affect you just because you are sensitive. Pretend that energy is a little girl and you are trying to help her find her mama- thats a way you can help redirect that energy as well... hope that helps :)
