Does it make sense that this has been the most on point reading I've ever had? I'm leo sun, libra moon, gemini rising and he's a Taurus Sun, aries moon and virgo rising who had a hidden "relationship"online with a past aries female he" dated". That was a year ago when I found out. We've been going to counciling and working on reconnecting our 20 yr relationship.

Your focus... It's kinda like training a puppy to go potty outside, not inside. At first, you gotta stay on top of it... You gotta pay a lot of attention to what the puppy is doing, and you have to catch it as it starts to go potty on the floor, and then you have to stop it and redirect it to go outside where you want it to go potty. If you let the puppy dictate policy to YOU... You're gonna have a smelly mess all over the floor, probably all thru your whole place. But after you stay on top of the puppy for a while, it eventually gets that you're serious, and eventually it just starts to listen to you and do what you want. And your focus is the same way. It's YOUR focus, which means it belongs to you and you have control over it. But most of us go thru life letting our focus decide where it's going to go... Meaning we don't intentionally control our focus, and instead, we let it do its own thing. Which is how we end up focusing on stuff that's not really helpful, it worse yet, stuff that gets in our way and holds us back. But your focus will literally dictate what emotions you experience. And if you leave it to do whatever it wants, you'll find yourself focused on things you're not intentionally choosing, and then you'll find yourself feeling emotions you don't want and that will likely get in your way. So the only solution I have for you is to start paying a lot more attention to what you're focusing on in any given moment. And as soon as you catch your focus sniffing around like it's gonna pee on your floor... You gotta step in and stop it from doing that, and you gotta redirect it to what you WANT to be focused on. And at first, it's not easy. You have to pay attention to it. You have to be more stubborn than your focus. You have to be more aware of it and what it's doing... And you have to consciously intervene quite a bit. But over time, it will eventually get it... And it will just start to do what you want. It just takes time, effort, and energy at first. But it gets easier. So keep your chin up and realize you have control over your focus. You just have to stand in your power and take control over it. Wishing you the best 🤗

Hi Allen, I'm new here. Long story short. He is Leo and married with children, I'm a Libra. We were lovers for almost 8 years now. So last 2and a half year we were trying to be together new life and everything, but every time when it was decision time he would back up and couldn't clearly explain why he would stay in a loveless marriage ( except fear for finances, and children not speaking to him.
