I had a dream several weeks ago of me and another woman winking at each other and making the matrix glitch. We were saying without words, that we’re breaking this matrix. It’s funny I came across this reading of yours because for the past year I’ve been forming an idea of creating a KZbin channel where I talk about the pitfalls of the matrix and how to get out of them. It started with just identifying the different pitfalls. The idea keeps getting stronger and stronger. My dad told me a long time ago that he thinks I’m the oracle. I have a low self esteem and thought nah, dad you’re nuts. Also coincidentally, I used to watch the matrix movies over and over as a kid because I’ve always loved sci to. I think it’s a bonus that many of us have been placed with such garbage family members and spouses because we have already learned how to be self sufficient and resourceful. I do everything that I can do. If I need help, I know how to find what I need. I’m so grateful for this because I have a lot of people, especially those who are older or younger (I’m tall end of Gen X) who are blown away at my ability to adapt, survive, and thrive. I used to be in victim mentality, then I changed my perception which is it showed me how to see what I didn't want, to find my strength and self worth, but also how to survive, thrive and persist in what I want. The Gen Y’s that I know are pretty close. But regardless of what generation you were born in, there are many in each that have learned how to navigate in this world.

@@marygowan9945 I was in victim mentality for so long that I really didn’t know who I was anymore. To make matters worse, I was just starting fresh with a new perspective on life after a brush with death and an emergency surgery, when the matriarch died. My now estranged sister had me thrown out of my mother’s house and took the entire inheritance. I was living in my car. That was the lowest point in my life. After finally finding an apartment I could afford, I was exhausted on all levels from that ordeal and all the negative things that I had gone through for decades, my entire life. At the beginning of 2024, I began to realize what I really went through and how I was able to pick myself up by my bootstraps without having any support. It’s so hard to see things for what they are when you’re constantly in fight/flight/freeze mode for so long. But I see it crystal clear now that it really DID have to be that bad. I’m not hard on myself anymore and when I find myself in a mood, I am able to catch myself and focus on what is really happening that’s setting me off. My only regret is that it didn’t happen sooner because my life is completely different from the nightmare that it was before. I have found peace and I hope that you have too.
