Chloe was demon lord Leon childhood friend, both otherworlders originally Leon was a hero after being summoned into the tensura verse . Leon traveled forever looking for Chloe he been in tensura verse 700+ years at first he trained under the emperor of sarion elmesia the elf woman with grey hair & blueish green eyes mother both mother & daughter got hero hakai it’s the woman we see in the most recent anime episode. The emperor daughter & her take turns being the ruler but it was the mother elf who trained Leon as a kid he learn all her sword play etc till he eventually got op but not top tier . After that Leon kept his search looking for Chloe of course he would still visit sarion kingdom from time - time getting advice from both da mother & daughter but 99% of his other time was spent looking for Chloe . He even went to the dwelling of spirts for this reason he was picked by the highest level light greater spirt bt he ask ramaris did she know about summonings which she said no & it’s dangerous which made Leon mad so he took the flame spirt Ifrit & left after he figured she was useless he got more spirts taking them control to keep in case he did find Chloe sum how ,which as u know shizu would eventually gain that flame spirt from Leon . That’s when Leon started summoning children etc a lot tryin to find her bt it never happen eventually doing all this made him loose his hero egg all heroes gotta do sum kinda good or they’ll never get stronger + if they do to much evil they’ll eventually not only loose their powers bt get really weak & ⚰️. Nobody can avoid this but Leon was different the first ever tbh instead of getting weak or ⚰️ he became a demonoid human & demon hybrid eventually becoming more powerful & gain a ultimate skill yea he lost his hero title & powers bt he got stronger with a angelic skill + he was only worried bout finding Chloe .
