It's not gonna ever be level, because Usman trains in Denver. He is acclimated to the mile high. Leon would have to move and train somewhere at above sea level for at least 6 months, and it would be 2 years before his body adapted 100% and held the same advantages as Usman

Most shots, even the ones that don't land, are occupied by a feint. You seem to think as long as there is a feint, all shots have an equal probability of landing and finishing the fight. You just need a feint plus a kick/punch and you win with a KO. My main point from the beginning when I responded to the OP was the kick was LUCKY. Feint or no feint, he caught Usman slipping and complacent. Not Leon, not Usman, not Leon's coaches, not you, not the whole universe expected that kick to land and finish him, especially given how demoralized and clearly beaten he was. If you agree with me that Leon got lucky, then we have nothing to argue or discuss. Don't know where your condescension comes into this.

I don’t think you or anybody can call that type of knockout soft. Shin to somebody’s cranium whilst the person on the receiving end was slipping towards it is never gonna be soft. Fighting usman will never be an easy task but let’s not takeaway any credit for Leon’s win. He baited usman into slipping the punch and nailed him perfectly with the high kick. It was a lack in judgement from usman but a great set up and execution from Leon and as this sport proves over and over again, it ain’t over til it’s over. Like many have been saying a KO(especially in this fashion) does something to a fighter, will it show in march? We will find out im sure. Fingers crossed for Leon but when it’s all said n done I hope they both leave the fight and are able to go back to their families safely.

NGL before the usman fight I wasn't sold on Leon despite his record bc of numerous things that had happened in the couple years leading up his legendary knock out win.. after masvidal gave him the three piece and a soda and glided out of there I thought the guy was a fool. Then he would talk this big game and fights would get scheduled and cancelled then after a couple of unfortunate cancelled events he fought belal Muhammad and took the win if 'm not mistaken. Due to belals eye after getting poked. And instead of being like ok I accidentally poked him my bad instead he took the victory laps regardless. So it left a bad taste in my mouth but after that usman KO with his corner screaming at him going into the fifth I couldn't help but be a prisoner of the moment. It was sick

Ur completely wrong, the Belal fight was a no contest, Leon was also very apologetic and his post fight interview he was dam near in tears! There were no victory laps! He also has accepted fights against many avoided fighters and due to reasons out of his hands they have collapsed! The guy has literally had the hardest route to a title shot, how could anyone not respect it?

Obviously pretty much everyone is in agreement Masvidal Vs Edwards will be next given both guys emerge victorious, there's history of bad blood between them, both guys want it, the fans need it and would clearly be the UFC'S preferred outcome too, considering they're clearly setting it up by having them both on this card, but I honestly believe they've hedged their bet and are looking to make Edwards Vs Masvidal next pending victory or defeat FOR BOTH. *Thoughts?*
