It wasn’t exactly a secret but basically brawlers with more health tend to have larger hitboxes. Thats why crow is so hard to hit sometimes. Thats also part of the reason spike can destroy tanks; more spikes hit

Honestly speaking, leon's super can be reverted where even while shooting remains invisible or atleast above 50% of his health which is completely fair especially with the addition of vision gear. However, if the above is proven to be broken then by all means rework the current mythic gear because it's quite obvious that it's useless.

I'm no Leon pro or anything, but I really enjoy playing him. Though, I honestly think that his gear isn't actually trash: as you showed in the video, you used "invisiheal" as your star power, but (at least this is what I think) if you use the other one, you can get out of dangerous situations in no time and you have an extra second to position yourself in an optimal position to win the match. This is my opinion, I guess you're better, maybe check this out.
