Amazing story thanks Leon. I had the pleasure to meet Leon a few years ago in Roma, then last September I watched the Bol and I was amazing to see Leon competing with a private French Kawa team and they held the lead for about 15 hours until the engine blew up, mainly because Leon was several seconds a lap faster than the other two riders!!! I sent Leon a message to say well done and then we met for a beer at his hotel, to my huge suprise and pleasure I also met with Ron and his lovely lady as well as Mrs Leon!!!! LOVELY people!!!

A great view on a great career, hopefully not over yet. A wonderful motorcycle family, like Father, like Son. Both really helpful and modest about their considerable achievements. I will never forget attending the race school, and having a pillion ride on a FireBlade round Donington Park GP circuit with Ron. Wheelie out of each corner and off the back wheel into corners, showing what an expert can do even on a production Honda Superbike.

I'd like to see Leon back in BSB to round off a successful career. With Tom Sykes and Leon back, the already super competitive BSB paddock, will be even more competitive and really exciting for the fans.
