Who's Martha? If you're talking about Valaida Snow, I didn't see her say anything here (except with her trumpet) but she never recovered from being arrested and tortured by Nazi collaborators in Denmark during WWII. It might be why she died of a brain hemorrhage when she was 52. Btw it's not usually a good idea to tell people to lighten up, and it's an especially bad idea (not to mention bizarre) when they might now be traumatized ghosts from being tortured during their lifetimes.
