@Rob-bot Zombie 9000 it is technically their fault but you have to remember the general living conditions in India for most people. It's a developing country with huge wealth and income inequality with most people struggling just to eat and have a home with power and water while the rich live in mansions typical of what you see in Pasadena or Irvine. The poor people rely on farming for their livelihood and so it makes sense for them to have many children to help out on the fields. This is typical of a preindustrial society in europe and north America. Have some empathy.
