Yeah in state 1 many use olly. But olly only 3 skill. Chriss and leo is 4skill. Angelica 5skill (no one have).

It’s still not worth it I won’t got for a res hero which costs tons of money just because it has 2% more hero final dmg better stick to chris

It's not just that though. These are Limitless Resonating Heroes and depending on what your State's age is, this matters a lot for the final outcome of your battles. Unlocking the Special Completion gives you another skill to deal/shield additional damage during battle whereas normal heroes only have 3 skills to work with.

Yes change to new graphic mode
