I am a musician and am currently helping a young high school-aged musician play together music of their choice, which has brought them out of a CoVid-induced depression! The original movie The Little Drummer Boy was one of my favorite Christmas shows. I had the same visions of coming before Baby Jesus & playing a little drum for him. I cry like a baby every time I watch this movie and hear this song. It is so sweet you had that special moment in 3rd grade and that it touched you to remember that time even today. You should see some of the other live versions of this song by for King and Country. They have even more drums and other instruments that this particular one doesn't show. King and Country only had to take 1 take when they did this song for the Christmas show. Every other group had to do multiple takes. These guys only one. Their sister is also a well-known Christian artist, Rebecca St. James, whom they collaborated with on different songs. I saw them perform at the "Extraordinary Women's conference " and they were awesome!!!

I recommend "Mary Did You Know" by Tommee Proffitt and Jordan Smith or "Oh Holy Night" By Tommee, Tauren Wells, and SVRCINA. They are absolutely insane. Edit: Just Saw that you already did those specific songs by different artists. Anything by Tommee is amazing. He is NF's Producer and makes some great sounding music.

This song is awesome! You should watch the music video of it. These guys are brothers. About 25 or so years ago their sister, Rebecca Saint James, was very popular. I remember her song God was awesome, and you might like to hear some of the musicians that really brought these songs into the church in the 80’s when this style of music was just coming into the churches. Yeah for Christian Contemporary Music! Thank you for what you do. I absolutely love it when you call us, me, everyone part of your family! It warms my heart.
