Hi!! Great video. Question: so you don't know which hall or track until you look at the blue screens? My ticket to Aix provence only says Ouigo, coach # and seat. I get confused between TVG and Ouigo. Thank you!!!
@leonardsheatravel Жыл бұрын
Thank you for watching! When you walk in and look at the first blue screens it will tell you. Don't worry, everyone is looking for their train and hall. If you have questions there are people there helping people find their trains. Thank you for watching!

This is a helpful video, keep in mind that you’re helping lots of people by making this video A question, if the train usually arrives at hall 2, is it possible for that train to arrives at hall 1 ?

Hey. That was a very helpful video!! So about the platform numbers, does it stay the same or changes? For example I have to board the train to Basel sbb, which platform I go to and which hall I have to wait in?
@leonardsheatravel9 ай бұрын
Just look up at the TVs and they will tell you where to go and wait. But the trains from Basel usually come into the same hall and track. Good Luck! Thank you for watching!

Hi my lovely. I wonder if I have 40 minutes to catch Eurostar at gare du Nord for a person who is completely novice to travel with RER , do you think that 40 minutes is enough to catch the train? Any experience knowledge input will be greatly appreciated.
@leonardsheatravel23 күн бұрын
@@maewmaew5515 Sure! Is that 40 minutes from entering the Gare du Nord??? If you already have your Eurostar ticket you just enter the Gare du Nord and go up the escalator and go through customs. I think you can do it! Let me know how it goes. Good Luck!!!
@maewmaew551523 күн бұрын
@@leonardsheatravel Thank you for your help! I apologise for missing the key information. I have a total 43 minutes to travel from Gare de Lyon 15:42 de Lyon to Gare du Nord then check in to Eurostar . The train will depart at 16:25 to Brussels Midi. The ticket was booked by a friend . So we are very daunted by the probability of missing the train. As we are advised to give a good time to be ready check in. If it takes at least 20 mins to travel (getting RER tickets tickets & waiting, navigating) we will only have 20 or less minutes to check-in. That's really tight 😰 We plan to postpone the ticket to 1 later.
