what I love the most is how mature Usagi looks. not because of her body or the overall theme of the figure, but because of her face. the both calm and "in-love" expression makes her look not so girlish girl (and by no mean it's bad to look girlish) compared to most of the original illustrations and anime and delivers that truly ADULT vibe and side of her character. great job as always, Leona!

Just to let you know, I was an absolute blushing mess when the idea was first announced. That being said, I mean, it's natural that they'd 'do the deed'; I mean they have a kid for pity's sake! (A kid most of us can't really stand, but yeah) And my friend did share the link to the photos on your website to show me the final result. Personally, a figure of this level of spiciness is not quite in my comfort zone, not for owning at any rate. But as an artist, I can absolutely see just how much work and care was put into this project and the final result was indeed stunning. I can appreciate the amount of work that went into the sculpting and then the time you took to get the fine detailing in your painted prototype.

I grew up watching and reading Sailor Moon, and I love how sweet and romantic this piece feels. The longing in their eyes is palpable, and the detail of his arm under her head amplifies the intimacy and security between them. My only criticism is him having pubes while hers have to be shaven. It's a small detail, but it stuck out to me. Still, the figure feels very mature and intimate in an organic way that the male gaze generally lacks. I appreciate the tasteful and romantic nature

That even it’s its base form the nude body requires fine tuning to not end up boring or worse yet vulgar! I am stoked watching this, there’s something so elegant about how the subjects are depicted

I agree with the age explanation. Usagi and Mamoru are thousands of years old. Their soul/sailor crystals were reborn on earth, so while her moral shell was young, her soul was not. I'll argue that with any prude. This is an of age Usagi. Their aging process is similar to various fey. Chibi Usa aged very slowly. She was hundreds of years old (approximately 900 at Sailor Moon S) when we met her. It took about ~1000-1500+ years for her to physically look like an adult. By Cosmos, she looked like a teenager despite being OLD. Still, it's better to have them in a physically adult form before doing anything between consenting adults. Non-geeks don't get fey aging. We aren't into kids but we can ship "underage" Usagi with an "of age" because she isn't actually a teen. Irl I wouldn't ship a teen with a legal adult. The majority of us wouldn't. This figure is stunning. I loved hearing how it went from concept to final product. Congratulations to the whole team!!!!🎉🎉
