These guys are great but why do they change members so much? The only mainstays seem to be the main cat on the bass, the drummer and the hot female singer.

They have had a good amount of lineup changes. One new member in 2020; two in 2021; and one in 2022. Then, a handful have left the band, including the original lead guitar player and one of the lead singers.
