I've been a musician my whole life, including a full-time pro for 8 years in Hawaii and California during the 70-80's and I'm a tough sell on performing bands. I am happy to say that this great band, Leonid and Friends, gave me chicken skin listening to and watching them and a huge smile from ear to ear. If there is a better argument for bringing people and nations together better than the performance of great music I have never encountered it. God bless you all and thanks for your hard work and devotion.

I have been playing music (Keyboard, Trumpet, Guitar, Drums and Bass) for 50 years, mainly because of Chicago. I have met the real band and seen them numerous times over the years . . . most recently as a year ago. I have to say that if you close your eyes and listen, Leonid and Friends sounds like Chicago when they originally played the music 50 years ago. They are amazing. GO GET 'EM!!

You just can’t get any better than that!! Never forget the fact that if there would not have been the original Chicago, there might not have been a Leonid & Friends. Chicago’s sound was so unique. That’s why people couldn’t decide which type of music they were playing? Rock, Jazz, Fusion, et al.? I’m not sure, but when Leonid first heard Chicago a long time ago in Russia, he was blown away. It’s his almost lifelong dream come true, to be able to give us this wonderful gift of recreating the music of Chicago!

Live however is the test. This wonderful group sounds AMAZING live! I just don't have the words to describe the greatest sounding cover band that has ever lived. Let’s not forget that beauty is in the eyes of the beholder and dang I am holding my eyes in my hands right now! But really everything about this is beautiful. Thanks a million to whoever took the time to edit this so very well. It makes you notice how seamlessly all these versions of the same song can be blended together. The same pitch, the same rhythm and emphasis and the same tempo. I'm not a musician, but I don't think many bands can deliver such performances!

Growing up Chicago was my favorite band. I can't tell you how happy I am to hear and see your fine musicianship. It is a pure joy to watch and I would love to see you in person someday.

This is SO well done, it gives everyone who cares to see just how good L&F are! I edit this because I forgot to mention that I really LOVED seeing Danny Seraphine in there on the drums on several segments. He was THE drummer for Chicago, and he was definitely "diggin' it" here, it brought tears to my eyes. Thanks for this wonderful post! PS: We saw them in Jim Thorpe, PA in July, 2019, hope to see them again on May Day, 2021, tickets are in hand! (Cancelled from 7/16/20)

Fabuleux ! Je n'ai jamais entendu le répertoire de Chicago aussi bien repris. Tout y est ! les cuivres sont fantastiques , les voix exceptionnelles toute la partie chant est magnifique quant à la rythmique elle est fantastique.. Un immense bravo à tout le groupe en même temps qu'un grand merci !
