Im glad you know everything before the Trial ever even has a verdict. He had choked her nearly to death twice before this and she had police reports stating so. The Police started to think she was the one because they took her away the time before for being intoxicated if memory serves. Her Interrogation she was denied council at least 3x she didn't even know he had died yet the Detectives withheld that and they also acted somewhat inappropriately in her interview. They led her on to say what they wanted her to say the entire interrogation because they wouldn't let her call her father who was meant to be her Legal Advice and she stated hes an attorney and asked to call him several times and was denied. That is denial of Council which is a violation of her Constitutional rights.

The verbal and physical abuse I went through behind closed doors was unbelievable to everyone around me and it wasn’t until I lost 30 pounds from the stress of it all that people actually started to notice and ask questions. I only share that to further point out how difficult it is For people to believe that a small attractive female can hold that kind of power over a man but apparently it’s more common than people realize. Fellas if you’re ever dealing with this don’t deal with it alone, talk to someone before it starts affecting your health because in the end it’s not worth it and will not change without some kind of outside help

But if you look at reported abuse the number are very similar if not more because men are so less likely to report because if you call the cops. Men usually goes to jail because most states law is that one has to go to jail and 90% of time it’s the man. Plus they always believe the women over the man.

The state of New York will arrests the men for calling for help
@justforever967 ай бұрын
They are pretty limited as to what they can actually do. They can't just arrest you and throw you in jail because someone says they got hit. If there are marks they can usually arrest you. It's simple domestic violence, you get out on bond in a day. The actual sentence has nothing to do with police. Usually what they get is he said, she said and no actual evidence anyway, and when they do arrest people complain that they always arrest the man just because the woman accused him and it's unjust. If they don't arrest him they get accused of not caring and letting him keep abusing her. I know they always advise you to move out, get a restraining order. Then they have actual grounds to do something. Instead they get people who keep calling them saying they got attacked but who refuse to even do that, who want the police to just take him away and lock him up immediately. It doesn't work that way.

I am well acquainted with this case … true crime junkie here ☺️ You did a good job of covering the basics of the story and the update about the parents. Two thumbs up for adding this style of content to your quiver.

When your lawyer stutters through the words "she defended her self, with every ounce of energy she had left"; ...'s kind of a clue that you're going to be found guilty. ;)

She snapped, it was a unhealthy relationship and every red flag was there. "She threw the knife" and it happened to impale him, deeply enough to unalive him. She really thinks people will believe that? She should of spoke to an Attorney before letting her try her lies....yikes

I like and appreciate the content you make. This was a volatile relationship and it's sad and awful that someone had to die in order for them to break up.

The cops were so nice to those people after their daughter abused and took a man’s life and they CLEARY had something to do with trying to find something on that laptop. It’s disgusting that CRIMINALS get that treatment.

@GSP-767 ай бұрын
Ive been following this case from almost the start. Most news agencies didn't even bother covering it and when a few people on social media started blaming that on racism, it suddenly started being reported on. At first it really looked like she was going to get away with murder but because people who knew his family started blowing up his innocence, things took a sharp turn in the investigation. Anyone who followed this from the early days knows what im saying. Even her parents were arrested in connection to this. They were trying everything in their power to label him as abusive and aggressive towards her when there's TONs of evidence showing the exact opposite. She's gonna get put away at this point.

Makes no sense. And the people in here saying they had to do that because they didn’t know if he’d become violent are insane. They’re also saying that cops cant do anything to help him. wtf?! Cops (and most people) know basic first aid. They can absolutely help or try!!
@CyberData47 ай бұрын
Cops don’t render aid to anyone they think might be a suspect of a crime. Especially if that suspect is high on melanin. Their preference is to let em unalive then and there. If it were a clear victim looking type of person like an old grandma from the burbs they’d have rendered aid immediately. They won’t ever admit it on camera. But that’s what they do.

Is she stabbed him one time and he died from it it's for sure researched and thought out and planned. There are very few spots that you are able to kill a person and make them bleed out that quickly. The jugular the heart the femoral and I forget the one on the shoulder. Everything else takes hours and hours. I worked in the ER. I just hit the part in the video where it says she threw the knife and it's stuck in his heart. From just short of 14 years of martial arts and many different weapons trainings I can tell you that's not even possible for a man. For one you would have to throw it underhand from about your knee to your feet area. The force with which you would have to throw it would be that of a major league pitcher.
@roems63967 ай бұрын
@@downhomesunset Not even that, if it is ruled self defense. Manslaughter is if someone is accidentally killed. It would be argued that she knew “throwing” a knife at someone could result in their death, so it’s most likely second degree murder that she will be found guilty of.
