Es gibt manche Fondant-Marken die mir gar nicht schmecken. Ich mag, Callebaut am besten, aber sie verkaufen nur in große Menge. Massa Ticino ist aber auch gut. Ich benutze eine Mischung aus Puderzucker und CMC.

Hallo Leonor, ich bin begeistert, wie toll deine Torten sind. In dem Video mit dem mehrfarbigen Fondant streicht du diese vor dem Auftragen mit Wasser ein. Ich Frage mich, wieso die Torten schon so gleichmäßig weiss sind. Hast du schon mit einer Creme bestrichen und dann kommt der Fondant noch darüber? Sorry für die vielleicht dumme Frage, aber ich Versuche mich erst seit kurzem mit Torten. Liebe Grüße Katrin

Danke, nette Mann/Frau! 😉 Mit Marzipan geht es leider nicht so einfach. Marzipan ist gelblish (es ist mit Mandeln gemacht) und krober als Fondant. Mit Farben zu arbeiten ist es mit Marzipan schwieriger.

Ich könnte also nicht warten, bis ich perfektes Deutsch sprechen, weil (ich befürchte) das wird leider nie passieren! 😜Ich mache aber was ich kann, und bin stolz in 8 Jahren schon so viel zu schaffen.
