Hi everyone thanks for watching! Just wanted to add a note about the camera angles. This was the first day of the tour so they had a million other things going on, and I was not able to get stage access before the show to set up my other cameras. After this show I bought a new handheld Mirrorless for angles like this, and you’ll be seeing it used on a lot of my future uploads! I had to use my action camera as the crowd cam in between overheating handheld takes, sorry about how grainy that one came out!

Spite never ceases to amaze me live. The energy is nuts. I remember seeing them in Colorado in 2019 and they were like 4 bands before the main band (Whitechapel) and the crowd was fucking MOVING when they came on.

Top 5 live bands, no doubt. This sounds great as always. Sometimes the band makes it impossible to meet the energy level on stage, but these crowds just seem to like to stand there and worry more about how they look instead of just getting into it.

@LeoSypniewski12 күн бұрын
They’re kinda buried in there, I was pushing most of my low end with the bass guitar and kick and liked how it pumped, until the 808s, so I low shelved the tracks by like 3 dB from 80hz down
@Lolturtle14512 күн бұрын
@LeoSypniewski totally understandable, I'm no sound engineer so forgive my ignorance lol. I'm sure there's more to it for those "live studio albums" where they get everything, and not just what you're able to pull from the house board, yeah?

Considering the co-headliners for this tour are TBDM and Dying Fetus, this should come off as no surprise lol.
@slayjah211 күн бұрын
@@samuelfavata7583 As someone who was there, I can confirm the pit was wayyy crazier for the Dying Fetus set. I'd also say this mix in the recording is much better than the live mix in the room. The live mix sounded pretty sub par to be honest, but mixes at the agora are usually pretty bad. Finally, I think the crowd was split between death metal fans and deathcore/hardcore fans. With black dahlia and dying fetus headlining, the crowd wasn't into the openers nearly as much because I think most of the crowd were a more traditional death metal crowd. For what it's Spite was 3rd, then DF 4th, then TBDM 5th.

@chickentendies702312 күн бұрын
I saw this tour last week in Toronto and it was similar. I think, because the headliners were TBDM and Dying Fetus, the demographic of the crowd was less deathcore dudes and more death metal dads. Just not the most energetic type of show yanno? They sound sick live though
