Here's a fun story, me and some friends were visiting Santa Monica once, and were staying the night with a friend's uncle, we were out in front of his apartment and having some beers and just hanging out, and this older guy came walking up the steps, passed by us, said hello, wished us a good evening, in a strong Irish accent and stopped and said, " those beers look pretty good, but if you guys want something a bit stronger I have some nice Irish Whiskey upstairs, so of course us being like just barely 21 were all for it, so we went upstairs and went to his apartment and he poured us some shots of whiskey. After a couple we get to talking more, and he tells us he's been in the movie industry and had done a few things earlier in his life, but one of my friends kept telling me all night, " Dude this guy looks so familiar, but I can't place it." Then we asked him what kinds of things he had done in Hollywood, like production or consulting or what have you and he said," Well I've done some of that, and a little acting here and there, so we were like, oh that's awesome, what have you been in? Anything we might have seen? And he tells us, " Well my biggest claim to fame is being the Drunk Irish guy at the beginning of Leprechaun And my friend instantly was like, That's it! That's where I know you from! So I met Shea Duffin, the guy at the beginning of Leprechaun. We had a great night though, we were just hanging out, drinking whiskey with him and he was telling us old stories from his career, and even pulled out a couple old photo albums and showed us some cool pictures from different sets he had worked on, there was even a picture of him and Cameron Diaz in a blow up inflatable hot tub drinking champagne, he was such a cool, humble, down to earth guy, and even though I had only met him once, and hung out with him for a few hours, it's a memory I'll always treasure. I was sad to hear he passed away some time ago and reached out to his daughter on Facebook to give my condolences.

Great reaction guys! Definitely check out Killer Klowns from Outer Space. It's campy and totally not serious in any way at all, but it's surprisingly not bad. Not great, but not bad. Two more you can check out if you want to get really into the depths of campy horror are Attack of the Killer Tomatoes (1976, and sequels in 1988, 1991, and 1992) and Critters (1986, with sequels in 1988 and 1989). One cult classic and not-so-campy film to watch is Pumpkinhead (1988). The monster is great and it even has a rather serious story, at least for a pulp horror film. There are two sequels, though they're not nearly as highly regarded as the original. Stan Winston, the guy who did monsters like Predator, created the Pumpkinhead monster and directed the film himself.
