This Live version is better than the recording itself somehow..

Yes! The studio cut on bilateral is good but this version on the Rockefeller live album with the extended bridge is damn legendary! Definitely in my top 10 Leprous songs

It's just mesmerizing. I have no words to describe how deep and powerful this song is. Thanks for uploading it.

It's even better listened to together with Red (which is next in the DVD).

Years later still amazing to watch.. this is the most technical band I’ve seen since Liquid Tension Experiment, Circus Maximus, DT, etc...

Thanks for the upload - it is in my top 3 of Leprous songs and I am surprised not to see it more featured from the dvd :)

Andrew Jackson I didn't see it on KZbin on its own so I figured it really was a necessity to have it up. ☺️🤘

Thank god I found this! Since the full live performance was taken off of KZbin and I don't have the money to buy the DVD ;-;

just last week I managed to find it on amazon (2CD+DVD) at around $15 ($262 mexican pesos) don't hesitate to get it, it's a masterpiece of a live performance
@sebastianarmas8976 жыл бұрын
julioan94 I actually found it when I was at Amoeba the other day and it was about the same price, if not a bit more expensive, and I’ve been contemplating whether or not to get it because I have loads of other albums that I want to get also. I’m thinking I should but later

I wish the scenes weren't directed so badly. There's no shot that lasts more than 3 seconds and it just constantly jumps all over the place. Amazing audio experience though.

No doubt. I hate that too. It’s a live show, not a music video. Let us see the band play.

Dive deep into the Subconscious layers Be careful not to sink Stay out, be free Don't enter this abyss That's where i go to think Enjoy the restrictions Be glad you can feel the sting Silent compassion Won't lead to anything Out of the dark Nowhere to start Tainted words Pieces apart Acquired taste In control of it all What were you thinking? As if you can put an end to this Rest now, tomorrow You can make it all ok Prepare a day you will not miss Bring forth your gift Made from pure belief Be sure no one finds out Be sure no one finds out why Stay in the cold You will see Someone else will leave your mark To be sold So you're free You'll be drawn out of the dark

Weedlord Boner Hitler they deviated a bit for this performance and I have to say it's just as good if not better here.

Tina Reggie a lot better actually, which is awesome cause I used to think nothing could top this

My favorite version has to be the one that they played for their most recent tour. It was similar to this one, but the build-up started slower and with the keyboard, and it felt very somber. It nearly brought me to tears

Was lucky enough to see leprous supporting Devin Townsend a few years ago, musically brilliant, but the singer gets a bit annoying with his ahhhh ahhhh stuff, wouldn’t stop me seeing them again though👍
@dansourile54445 жыл бұрын
The singer is literally why the band is as popular as they are. His voice is beyond magnificent and I would not even imagine listening to them without him... That's sort of their trademark thing.
