Incredible. You matched the lower octave beginning, the higher octave falsetto 2nd chorus, and then the higher octave mixed chorus repeat soooo well. I like what you did with the ending, very different, haunting. Your really quick vibrato is tasty in a vocal centric track like this

I wonder if the leprous is a natural baritone who knows how to sing counter tenor. I notice he speaks with a baritone voice. I can hear when he hits his high notes. He hits them like he had to train to do it. A true tenor/counter tenor. The high notes are more effortless. I'm not taking away from this cover. You're also well trained to my ears. I hear you play an instrument and sing so your music ear is on point. All around good work.

Thank you for keeping to the original octave progression, but not trying to copy Einar's tone. Your voice is extremely unique and the slight "breaks and scratches" add a whole separate layer to this song. I literally cried from the depth of emotion that flows from your voice and I will forever consider this one of my favorite pieces, in it's entirety. Good on you!

Especially dug your intensity on the post-chorus. 🤘🏽🌱 Feedback from a random internet stranger's ear: - I would have LOVED hearing that post-chorus standing up and leaning into it... Could only imagine! 🙏 - I feel like a tad breathier on the first verse/pre-chorus would leave you more room to build. Therefore intensifying everything after that. 🤘🏽
