@@alfredr.4131 Thank you for the info. Unfortunately, I live outside the UK and it would have to be imported. That combined with the shipping and duty makes it prohibitively expensive.

@@dudeforcaster8630 I was about to recommend the same as @alfredr.4131 and point to you towards June Emerson but if you're outside the UK why not ask a local music store whether they'd be willing to order a copy direct from the publisher (which is Compusic in the Netherlands)? My copy is actually of the original edition which I found in the Royal Danish Library in Copenhagen.
