A song sung in partial ignorance. Michael Brown never had his hands up in surrender as he charged the cop and never said 'don't shoot' - that's been proven out. Michael Brown reaped what he sowed. I say 'partial' ignorance because in Les's lyrics he intertwines the recent knee on the neck tragedy. That happened and justice will vet the bad cop out as he is already charged with murder. So, I fully agree black lives matter but that movement ought to be looking inward towards what is going on in Chicago and what the liberal left policies have done to the black family structure instead of the statistically rare incidences like the knee on the neck or the Ferguson, Missouri lie.

I appreciate you delving deeper into this video. We knew we wouldn't be able to please everyone with this project nor did we think it'd be many people at all. I won't speak for Les of course since I simple was just the videography, but I'm proud to work with people like Les and many others all over the country that are spending time to create and express themselves, and make a stand on how they feel even if they don't have clear feelings yet on the matters. There's way too many people just talking on the internet right now that do not understand the weight of the world because of their limited world views or life experiences. So I'll always prefer to error on the side of creation and expression rather than destruction and criticism even if both are needed.
