it shouldn't be called do you hear the people sing! it should be called do you hear the saxophones sing!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! this group of talented musicians are the best Saxaphone musicians i have ever heard!!!!!!!!!!!! there are no missed notes! no mistakes! everyone works as ONE to make beautiful awesome music!!!!!!!! someday i want to form a Saxaphone band of my own!!!!!

素人です。恥ずかしながら，一つ質問いたします。客席側から見て後列の一番右の女性が演奏されている楽器は何ですか？見慣れたバスとは形状が違うし，チューバックスでもないように見えるので大変気になります。

@@りほさ一族 さん，ありがとうございます。やはりコントラバスですか。私の知っているコントラバスはもっと縦長で人間の身長より高いものなので，何かなあと気になっていました。イタリアのメーカーのものか何かでしょうか、素性が気になりますね。

女性が演奏されているのが、チューバックス(Eb管) その隣の男性が演奏されているのが、バスサックス(Bb管) コントラバスサックスとチューバックスはほとんど同一の楽器ですが、管の巻き具合がちがいます。 コントラバスサックスは主様が仰っているように、縦長に巻かれています。 チューバックスはそれを持ち運びしやすい様に、密集して巻かれていると言った具合です。
