Dear Antoine & Colleen... My wife and I just came back from a trip to Paris that by the way was absolutely WONDERFUL. We watched a few of your videos while we were planning and getting ready but I would like to mention one that definitely was the highlight of our trip and it was the video of LE CALIFE Dinner Cruise by the Siena River. We made our reservations after watching the video and I have to say that it went above and beyond of our expectations... The service was EXCELLENT; the food was GREAT (we selected the upgraded menu); the views were AMAZING; and the timing to see the Eiffel Tower illuminated and blinking at night was PERFECT; the captain slow down until this happened right in front of your eyes. It was the best Wedding Anniversary celebration EVER for us (14 years together). By the way, talking with the couple on the table next to us that night; they also selected LE CALIFE after watching your video and they were telling us that they were able to personally meet you in a restaurant around the city. We were not that lucky, but definitely lucky enough to find your KZbin channel before our trip, watch your videos, and apply your tips and suggestions. Antoine and Colleen... Thank you so much... Le Calife was the best experience in Paris. I researched several highly rated dinner cruises and most of them serve food cooked before it is brought on board. Le Calife prepares it on board and like your meal, ours(party of 8) was perfect. We have a family member who has a severe food allergy. He was assured none of the food on the menu contained his allergen and was able to have a great meal. The other boats couldn’t offer me assurance. We sat on the upper deck and since it was a nice night, they removed the roof so we had a great view. I can’t sing the praises of this ship, the staff and the meal highly enough. It was our biggest splurge and one I felt was a great value.

We just finished our outstanding dinner on Le Calife last evening. What a beautiful ship. The food, ambience and service were excellent. It was a rainy evening in Paris so the lights were so dreamy and romantic. One of the best sights was the lighted Eiffel Tower from the river. And how wonderful when she sparkles! This is so worth the cost. Thank you Antoine and Colleen for your outstanding recommendation and wonderful videos.

Omg, these videos are SOOOOO bitter sweet 💔 i lived in France as an exchange student back in 1985, and ever since ive travelled to France 1-4 times per year. My last visit was 2019 and visits stopped as covid came 😢 now i take care of my elderly parents and dont know when i can travel again. We took this dinner cruise in 2016…for my 50th. It was last minute…we didn’t plan ahead and were seated in the lower level…but it was perfect. One of my best memories of that trip. And the food was amazing. I’m so thrilled that you went as well and that it was the best. We got lucky choosing the Calif. Congratulations on your 2nd Anniversary. I love your channel and content…you do them so well….it’s like I get to visit Paris anytime I want. Looking forward to returning.

We were waiting for this one--did not disappoint! The food looked amazing and when Antoine starts his 'conducting' movement, we know a dish is spectacular. Le Calife looks wonderful and we did Bateau Mouches with our teenage children many years ago. Do all tables on Calife have a seat with a back to the window? That seems a drawback, but the food looks marvelous. Paris is at her best at night. So beautiful! And again, congratulations on your 2 years on KZbin!

After watching the video, we booked the Le Calife dinner cruise 5 months in advance and took the cruise on May 9, 2024. We found it to be a wonderful experience and would recommend it to anyone visiting Paris. We lucked out getting placed at the table for two right in the bow, so the views during the meal were spectacular! We also followed many of Les Frenchies' recommendations for bistros and street food that were walking distance from our Airbnb on Rue de Seine in the 6th. Seriously thinking about a 3-month stay.

This is my first time hearing about it too. I think I will do it. I can get pictures of the Eiffel Tower from the boat. I don't think I'll have time to go up in the tower if I do the boat lunch. I'm doing a daytrip from London on Eurostar. My son and I have had lunch and dinner on boats and trains and enjoyed ourselves. This looks great. He is in a wheelchair so this will work for his disability too.

The Saint Martin Cruise is fantastic. I did it 3 times. The ride during Spring time, departing from La Villettes, is what I liked most. It's the afternoon sunlight that makes it extra special. Our last night in May 2018 was spent on Le Calife and it was the perfect end to a perfect trip to Paris. The food, service, and ambiance was fantastic and the trip was timed perfectly with the 10:00 light show at Tour Eiffel. The price was reasonable compared to other companies, the boat was charming, and I would highly recommend it.
