I'm in the United States. I love watching your videos. It reminds me of a lot of the buildings I used to build in my youth. I grew up poor, so I was raised using lumber that either I milled myself or reclaimed from something else. These skills are important for people to know. The future is never certain. These are survival skills, especially when you have not much money to spend and need shelter.

I loved the way this came out and your craftsmanship is pretty good. This is the first video I’ve ever watched on your channel. I don’t know what you do with these buildings after you’re done building them. Whether your building them on your private land, or contracted to build on someone else’s, but I couldn’t imagine spending all this time and money it took to build this, then use plastic wrap for windows… a leaf decides to fall the right way at the right speed and it’ll poke right through that, now you got moisture coming in exposing it to the elements. Not to mention there’s absolutely 0 heat retainment cause of that. Correct me if I’m wrong but is this not going to just rot and fall apart over a short few years?

Sorry I forgot to add... The plastic is only temporary until they can build an insert the windows proper.

You might be looking at this with an outdated mentality. The video you just watched is the true product and purpose of the build. While it could be likely they are built for people or used. That would maximize the value. I can also imagine some are just left there as free use.

@ You are incredibly talented and you are a true survivor when it comes to building a house to avoid homelessness. This is why I really love the people that are on KZbin showing there talents that really helps people helping people on survival. People like you are a true inspiration to me. I’ve also seen people turn there box trucks, school busses, ambulances into apartments from the inside, we’ve never had anything like this in the 1980’s or 1990’s when I was growing up.
