Man, $200 is not an unreasonable price for these tools, but when you say it's only $20 it seems WAY too expensive. The clickbait worked on me, and probably a lot of other people too. But people remember how you make them feel. I felt deceived and misled. This is my first interaction with your channel and it's not a positive one. No hate or anything, I just hope you remember to treat your audience with respect when it comes to you telling them how to spend their money.

I hear you! This is the first time I’ve ever gotten a response like this from a video and it honestly surprised me, even if it maybe shouldn’t have. I think I got caught up in the process where to me, this still seems like a really good deal. I know so many people who pay the 60 bucks monthly for the adobe suite so in my head I thought for them this is a great deal. On a personal side, I don’t think I’ve ever felt put off by something like this in someone else’s videos so it didn’t cross my mind. But I hear you, and I genuinely appreciate the feedback. I’ve changed the title and will definitely be more mindful going forward.

If you’re already a creative cloud user, you’re gonna get 3 months free. So 3 months go by and you reduce your costs of the actual hardware so much! Effectively making the hardware cost something like $20.

Guys, if you wanna buy it, buy it and if you don't just move on. No one is forcing you. You get 3 months off of Adobe when you buy the thing so over the course of 3 months you save $180. Is the math weird, yes, is it Jesse's fault, no. Let's blame Logitech's confusing marketing gimmicks and talking points here. It's 2025, being a content creator is more complicated and saturated than ever and those that still take time and care with their creations deserve some damn grace every once in awhile over creators who just care about their bottom line. It looks like a cool product regardless of whether it's $20 or $200. You buy it. You save some money with Adobe. You don't buy it, you save some money. I get it, some people don't like feeling deceived but let's blame the company not the person whose always had a genuine interest in helping and just got caught up in one products marketing requirements.

Logitech is a horrible company. They bought Loupedeck, which is so much better than this, to destroy it. They wrecked the software and made the Loupedeck CT basically unusable while at the same time dropping this console. Everyone's been begging for a fix that hasn't come for months. Logitech is a horrible company and they'll never get my money.

I just returned a Loupedeck CT for this very reason. I tried three different versions of their software, new usb cable, weeks of troubleshooting with their incompetent Finnish support staff. This device is nearly worthless if you want to use it for Final Cut Pro or Insta360 Studio.

Yeah I’m happy to help! There’s one issue though. I setup a lot of the buttons by making custom keyboard shortcuts in my Final Cut keyboard so you would need to alter your keyboard shortcuts as well which can be a problem if you’ve already set yours up in a specific way.

Do the shortcuts you’ve made for FCPX work for Resolve as well? The one click thing to do multiple steps seems so useful. I don’t know if resolve has that preset save thing so is there a way to still do a one click do all thing with Resolve?

TLDR: You need to plug in your console before you get your Adobe code. At first, I thought Logitech was being shady and making it difficult to get the code for 3-months of free Adobe. I never saw the e-mail with the code as promised after purchase. Turns out I needed to be more patient. They sent me the code once I connected the console to my computer. I just got my console and I am excited to use it! I have so many ideas for this console but I probably wouldn't have bought it at full price without the Adobe trade off.

Kind of? Right now the difficulty is that a lot of what I’ve mapped is from a series of hot keys, so you would also need to setup your Final Cut keyboard how mine is set up. For some people that would be fine, for others it might be pretty annoying.

Then I of course won't buy 2 plastic toys for 230€. You can get the Blackmagic Speed Editor with Software License for 380€ or just the Keyboard for around 170€ (used down to 100) which is proper hardware and not a rebranded Stream Deck and a Multi Dial.

1. I know dozens of working professionals who rely on the adobe suite for their livelihood, so chalking that decision up to stupidity is… well it’s very stupid. 2. I think the speed editor is great! I have one laying around somewhere but ultimately stopped using resolve. But at no point did I tell resolve users they should go out and buy this. I said very clearly *IF* you’re an adobe suite subscriber then this is a great deal, and then I showed people how I use it in Final Cut. So while I definitely screwed up with this title, I’m also shocked by how angry people got here.

This looks great hardware-wise, but with Logitech shoving AI-related processes into their configuration software and running them on my computer without my permission -- and designing them to be zombie processes that get respawned automatically even if I kill them manually -- I've gone from being a die-hard Logitech fan of over 20 years to abandoning every single piece of Logitech hardware I own. I won't go back. It's not worth it to have them spit in my face again.

I make almost no money at all from Adsense, so the view count here means nothing to me, particularly when I’ve done a pretty great job pissing so many people off. I had issues with a few products you promoted: The Insta360 Flow (inferior to the DJI OM6 due to its 2-axis design), the Zhiyun MOLUS X100 (many users experienced battery failures), and the Insta360 GO 2 (limited by 32GB storage, lack of screen). I understand sponsored videos need to be positive, but I wanted to share my experience.

@ It's all good, I'm fine with strongly worded comments. But I'd love to address the products you mentioned! The Go2 was advertised by me specifically mentioning the lack of a screen and it's internal storage, so if you didn't like that than you can't blame me. The OM6 certainly had more tilt angles, but the lack of a built in tripod meant you had to pack an extra which for me was and is a bigger design flaw. I still use my Flow and Flow Pro all the time (they are 3 axis by the way, not 2, but the third axis has limited range of motion for certain types of shots), and I readily recommend it to friends. As for the Molus battery issue I fully agree with you! However there's no way I could have known or even tested what the lifespan of that battery was going to be. Mine also failed and instead of dealing with it, the company simply stopped working with me. Though I'm currently lighting a scene with the G60 (love it so much) and my good friend uses my X100 daily for his channel, just running it off of mains. I totally respect and understand if you don't trust my opinion on gear anymore, there's no problem there, but For future reference, I would advise against buying a product based off of a singular sponsored video. Maybe I should be more clear on my channel about that, but at the end of the day I'm not your mom and I don't control how you spend your money.

I think my misconception is from your genuine enthusiasm toward these products that shines them in a more positive light than they should have received. Regardless, its totally not your fault. Focus on your videos, stop overthinking, and don't get discourage by your view count.
