Yes my phone barely works. I voted today in West Virginia. My printed ballot in Summers County was easily readable. They did not provide envelopes to place ballot in before dropping it into the collection box. I asked about the lack of security as whoever unloads that lock box can read everyone's vote. The best "free" preps if you are on economy pilot is to keep your vehicle gas tank (ALL of them) full as much as possible in the days prior and days after the election. This way you keep yourself with vehicle range just in cas you HAVE TO leave your area for whatever reason. Store water in clean used juice containers (Small enough to load in vehicle) or any other food safe containers. If you have any kind of BBQ grill, refill your propane tank (refillable type) even though it's not empty at a refill station that sells propane by the pound or buy and fill a spare. Very simple things, because when the music stops, you will want to have a place to sit!
