So happy you posted! About to do this exact style for my upcoming cruise this weekend. With some goddess locs from Amazon, tho. I usually don't do the illusion method in the front. I normally do a half crochet, half individual in the front. BUT.... I ain't got time for all that. Yours came out super cute. Sometimes other people illusions don't look as natural. UGH.... I am not sure which way to go now lol

I ain’t got time for that 😂 Sis, I felt you on that! This method will save you a good 2/3+ hrs and still look good af but all depends what styles you plan on doing.. are you a more half up half down / ponytail type on vaca or do you like to do a side part/ buss down middle part and change your styles with your outfits type because if so the individual front will be best in my opinion. Yes both methods will eat and you can definitely do a buss down with this illusion method but individual gives more ya know. 💕

Are the center of locs hollow or solid? I was thinking I could do individual sections and pull my hair though the center.

Good question. I want to say it’s solid (afro/marley hair) in the middle then human hair wrapped around it to create the lock. Possibly you could do this individually if your sections of hair you pull through not to thick 💕
