Hello! You're still considered as Manufacturing. Manufacturing is end-to-end. Raw materials to finished goods. You're considered merchandising if you just buy goods to sell them after.

Both are actually correct. Yung first entry mo from perpetual system tas yung second entry mo periodic system.
