I had a question. Don't know if this is silly but, at the end, after you have changed the value of x to 5, shouldn't the value of y also change to 10? Or isn't this how it works?

Nah, it isn't, cuz when you let y=x, the value 5 has been stored into y's address of your memory (suppose it is 0x01000). when you change x to another value, the value in 0x01000 wouldn't update unless you do it in your program by yourself.

The PDF was generated from the iBook version. Some of the links did not come across. However, the solutions to practice problems links (red ? after the problem) and the links to the video lectures are working. So are the links to the animated figures.
