Welcome to this tutorial on building an Employee Record Management System using React for the frontend and Python/Django for the backend. In this tutorial, I'll walk you through the process of setting up a full-stack Employee Record Management System using React for the frontend and Django for the backend. Our goal is to build a web-based learning platform like Udemy and also a mobile version. But we would first build an employee record management system to perform crud operations to enable you understand the basics before moving on to the advanced learning platform. We'll cover the installation of all necessary tools /frameworks and create a basic structure to get you started with the project.

@@davidayodele1584 thanks for your feedback. I started this tutorial series for a few friends not knowing that eventually a-lot of people would come across it. I just bought a solid microphone and a better recording app so going forward the audio would be much better. I also plan to redo all the videos again.
