sir dormant com.. m hmne dekha ki 5yrs tak registrar wait krta h fir dormant krdeta h company ko......so strike off 1 year m hojana iska kya logic h? jab 5 year tak copmany ko time milna h to...1 year m stirke off kese ho skti h?

Dormant company ka status lena hota hai ....phir Roc 5 years rakhega..nahi toh pehle hi strike off kar sakta hai....is liye dormant company ka status lena zaruri hai😊

@@jahangirtutorials but sir aapne aisa sikhaya h ki company 5yrs tak Dormant status le skti h.. Unke pass itne time period rehta h certificate ka.. That's why I m not getting this... Ki 1yr m kese strike off krskti h roc.. Sorry sir😂😂 but I'm not getting
