I was literally thinking about the dress just before you mentioned it in this lesson! But the actual dress was black and blue... I still don't know how! Hahaha. Thank you so much for these incredible lessons.

Great lesson! It’s like when I learned how to use the Japanese Katana, it took weeks of study just on how to grip the handle. People wanted to hurry and get to the flashy good stuff. You have to learn how to hold the sword before you can swing it. We are white belts at watercolor:)

Great teachings.. very detailed .. one Question from an oil painter.. (trying first time watercolors) how can i avoid the buckle of the paper ..? or repair the wrinkles after..? Thanks

A couple of options: Buy thick wc paper and your paper won't buckle. Tape your paper firmly to a table or a board, the paper will buckle a little during painting but will mostly become flat after your paper dries. Or, type "stretching your watercolor paper" into youtube search for more ideas...
