Now this is what one calls a REAL lesson study. I watched three other online lesson studies before this one, (including the discussion with the author), and came away from them knowing the four subtitles of the lesson, but learning no details of the Creator relationship; of the way the judgment takes place; various entities involved in that judgement process and details of the law on w high the judgement is based. Thank you for a masterful presentation.

God through Jesus created the Universe so He has right to set the rules that govern it. The physical/natural laws, the health laws, the civil laws, the moral laws were set in place by Him. Because He made humankind, He has the right to tell us how to live and to judge us for living as He directs which we call accountability. What is His standard of judgment? The Perfect Law of Liberty, the Holy Ten Commandments Law.

Major need in my life is to trust in God as being righteously in control and to love God always. Thanks for the heads up study and with God as my witness you all are greater than l. I'm not sure always what I say is true.

There are two parts to the judgment. One, the Investigative Judgment, occurs before the second coming because Jesus brings His reward with Him for them. Those whose sins have been confessed and forsaken will be ready to receive heaven as their reward. Two, the Executive judgment happens after 1000 years in heaven. In this judgment the wicked unrepentant people are destroyed by the purifying fires called hell. Those who have accepted Jesus' work of atonement for their sins and have chosen to give up sin and develop a character like His they will be in Heaven with Him.

As Pastor Bohr said earlier; we are dependent upon the God of love to keep us safe and not the false security people get from having guns. I have no gun personally and I depend upon our Heavenly Father because of the sacrifice of Jesus Christ.

I do believe it's simply heavenly joy coming out, not anything irreverent. There's too much love & respect present for anything improper!! Soo much joy over knowing The Truth, & sharing it with a long time best friend in Jesus.

I was Catholic and that's what I missed in that church. In the SDA, church, it's not a house of prayer. It's a social place of talking most often loud. Can't even read your Bible. I still drop by a Catholic church when I'm in NYC just to kneel and talk to God.

Thx for saying why you said that. When studying the Bible lesson, it's a separate service than the worship hour. But if you're a member, you know that. Have you read a book entitled "The Great Controversy"? If not, just saying, 'you should'. There's a serious difference in what SDA's believe from Catholicism. Serious Christians have devotions daily, reading/studying God's Word, generally at home, and prayer time can be anywhere, anytime, because our heavenly Father is ever-present. TFS

@TheStaffOfLife I don't see anything as a laughing matter when I read the Bible or spirit of prophecy. When it says work out your salvation with fear and trembling, you are blind, naked and wretched. When you're discussing the nature of an awesome God, you're in awe, not laughing. You're in full reverence. It's the last hour and we still think it's entertainment. Special music and choir is a performance, people clapping. Singers start, "I'll sing for you today...." everything should be for God. The man of sorrow and acquainted with grief. A Christian has inner joy and calm despite the seriousness of what's going on but not an appearance being light hearted. We don't know what we don't know.

Jesus said, My yoke is easy and my burden is light. Even Jesus laughed. You are taking this all out of context. If the men weren't sober-minded & concerned for others' salvation, there'd be no ministry of Secrets Unsealed. God Cares and His ppl Care, too. It's almost "midnight" hence the Sabbath School studies. Much prayer & effort is behind it all. Stop criticizing the godly brethren or you'll be associated with the accuser of the brethren, satan & his evil cohorts, the fallen angels.
