Tulika I like the way you explain about Chowka 3 hands like in 1st speed counting 3 up and down and in 2nd speed 6 up and down. A simple q...for Chowka 4 is it counting 4 in 1st speed up and down and 8 in second speed up and down?

In Chowka 4 u have to take ur hand up in 4 counts for all speeds. U bring it back in the gap between 4th of one side and 1st of the other side. Thank you :)
