Scalability: - Kubernetes: Highly scalable, supporting large clusters with thousands of nodes. - Docker Swarm: Limited scalability compared to Kubernetes, suitable for smaller-scale deployments. 3. Ecosystem: - Kubernetes: Large ecosystem with extensive support from major cloud providers and a wide range of third-party tools and plugins. - Docker Swarm: Tightly integrated with the Docker ecosystem, making it easy to use for Docker users, but with a smaller ecosystem compared to Kubernetes.

That is spot-on Aman! Some other players such as Mesos & Hashicorp Nomad also have some very specific, enterpris-y use cases but K8s is teh de facto system now.
