Hello teacher! Is this VL53L0X module laser-based? How does it see the object, since several objects can confuse it? Thank you.

Hello, it has field of view FOV which is not a spot but rather about 15 degrees (check datasheet) so as the distance increases the field of view covers more area. So anything in FOV will show as object.
