I spent three days on Caceres' Organic Blueberry Farm in Old Town, Florida. I wasn't sure what I was getting myself into, but it turns out to be one of the best experiences I have ever had.

Watching organic farmers work so hard to grow food for all of us, inspires so much gratitude. Hippcrates the founder of modern medicine said let food be your medicine and medicine be your food. So true, healthy eating reduces all kinds of illness. Coming from a vegetarian whom eats lots of fruits and vegetable thank-you to all organic farmer.

I think you can earn a great living farming if you do it right. That will be even more apparent as time goes on. I can't wait to have my own farm, nothing to be just a thousand acres or so lol. Alfredo, how big is this farm?
